I often drive with my top down and my rear windows up.

You must have some kind of electrical glitch that allows you to be able to put them up with the top down. Are you pushing the button while the car is moving? If I push the top button with the car at a stand still, first the top goes up, latches, then the rear windows go up. Does it make a big difference with the air inside the car(less wind) with the top down and rear windows up? I would love to know your trick!
