Hello,

You stated that the vehicle is a little sluggish. This is an indication to me that the battery is getting low on charge. When the extra load from the starting system is placed on the battery it momentarily drops the voltage of the battery below the required voltage required in order to maintain the door window setting. As one of the previous posts indicated, a new battery should solve your concern.
