keep holding the button down for a few seconds (3-5 secconds) after the small "rear" windows go down - the top should unlatch itself & start to fold back. If nothing happens I'd have the car checked out by a mechanic/dealership - might be bad electronics or top hydraulics need fixing.

There is one other way to put the top down, from the outside of the car. Insert the key into the driver's door lock, turn & hold - within a few seconds the top should start to go down.

Thanks I got it working now, now another question, whenever i open the door the window lowers a bit, but when i shut it only sometimes the driver's door goes back up, the passenger window goes down when you open the door handle but never goes back up when you shut it. Is this how it is supposed to be or is there a problem? The car is still under warranty :)
