I've got a 97 that had the stock stereo w/changer. Mine had no such wires and it's safe to ay that if you bought this baby used your better off not using these wires. I installed a set of JL audio VR's (couldn't find any other decent 6 inch seperates. I installed the crossover in the door and the tweeters in the triangle. However be prepared to tweak the triangle space a bit because the tweeter is a little bigger than the HK tweeter. In any case it sounds ok. Still need the amp...coming up.
