I currently have the Select warranty remaining until November of this year. If I understand your correctly I just need to actually call them at least a month before my warranty expires and instead of getting 13 months for $1800+, I'll probably get 84 months for $1500. That's a heck of a difference, I'm glad you clarified that because I had already written them off a few months ago based simply on using their on-line quote system.

I got mine last March. The years (in my case 7 years) started last March 2001, on an XK8 purchase April, 1997, and will go for 7 more years to March 2008. Sorry for the confusion, but you must have one month (or 1K) remaining on the factory warranty for these rates.

I assumed the factory warranty hadn't expired.
