...missed the stickshift so much that I got rid of the XK8 after a year. The XK8/XKR are beautiful cars, but they are just begging for a 6-speed manual transmission.

I have never been a big fan of Porsches, so out of the cars you mentioned, I would go for a new E46 M3.
