Do you have the Harman Kardon HP system or the stock system?

If you have the stock system the speakers in the rear (and front for that matter) are 6". The rears are mounted on sheet metal that is bolted into the floor/wheel well. The sheet metal can be cut to accomodate your proposed configuration. In fact you might be able to put 8's in there.
