Every car manufacturer has poor examples. I hope you have gotten JAG involved, and have tried another dealer (if possible). Sometimes the dealer is the problem if problems are not corrected quickly and sometimes JAG can assist your dealer to solve problems. Maybe you should have lemon-lawed it. Life is too short. Move on. My XK8 is 100% better quality than my 2001 BMW X5 (which I am trading on an M5 now). The XK8 is a keeper for me.
