Hi all,

I have a '96 cab. with 15000 km. I noticed that whenever I disconnect and reconnect the battary, the auto window closing mechanism would not work after opening and closing the door. It would go down the little bit when I open the door but when I close it, the window would not edge up that little bit as it normally does.

So after opening and closing the window enough times, the window will be all the way down! I have to manually close it each time I open/close the door.

Last time it did that, it returned to normal operation after about 2 weeks. I am wondering is there anything I need to reset after dis and re- connecting the battary. Or do I have to send it to the dealer each time.
