As someone else mentioned, Jaguar sells some, probably expensive though. They are cotton and the part number is: JLM 20267/E-6. You might try your local dealer.

You might try Carparts.com. A quick search turns up several different choices there, although the quality or appearance may not be what you are seeking.

Finally, you might try an internet search engine to search on

Jaguar XK8 seat covers

and see what other options are there. That's what I did to find the items I've listed above.
