Check the bearings, burshings, arms, etc. Have them checked sooner rather than later.

- a wind noise coming from the same side rear window above 45mph

Check the surrounding weather stripping for rips/tears. You can also check the internal sealant for cracks. I would suggest having someone sit back there while you drive to assist in narrowing down the source location.

- when trying to fill up the windshield deposit the liquid started to came out from underneath the car

As Jeff suggested, check the bottle for cracks. Also, check the lines.
