My guess is that you have a master electrical problem, not a throttle body problem. I beleive that the Xk is a drive-by-wire car (I could be wrong, but I seem to recall that from somewhere), so a master electrical problem, particularly with the ECU, might be the common source for all your ailments.

With ECU controlled cars, it is not uncommon for multple, unrelated failures to be linked back to this common culprit.
