Along with cleaning the throttle plate and housing.....make sure your part load breather is not blocked!!!! That is what causes the throttle to gum up in the first place! Use a 3/32 drill bit and a pin chuck to clean it. Rotate it slowly by hand ONLY!!! Clean any black deposits.
