Hello,

I just purchased a 2000 black on black XK8 convertible. Needless to say, I'm in love with the car's looks, however, the ride is a bit more bumpy than I'm use to (I drove a Lexus GS300). I'm wondering if it's because it's a convertable that the ride seems less stable. Also, there's 18" wheels on the car and I wonder if this has anything to do with it.

I drove two other XK8's before buying mine and they too seemed a bit shacky, especially over bumps or pot holes. Can anyone tell me if this is just the way the car drives or should I have my local Jaguar Service dealer take a look at it?

Your response is greatly appreciated. -Derek
