I purchased a warranty in March for 7 years from the date of purchase on my 97 XK8. I don't put that many miles on it. It was $1700 bumper to bumper with a $0 deducible for each service visit. Unlike most plans offferd by the manufacturer, this plan covers everything except a small list of items. It covers windshield wiper motors, washer pumps, electric seats, and anything that may go wrong. It covers everything except the specifically excluded items. manufacturers usually cover only specified items. I also had one on my previous car. Good insurance, helps resale, and gives piece of mind. Roadside assistance, trip interruption, and rental cars are provided.
