Mike,
I use a car cover on my car (Z3 roadster) every day because my choice of black leather seats was not a thermodynamically sound one whenever the sun is out. :) The Jag is my dad's and he street parks it in front of his office - unfortunately in a not so nice section of town. I had mentioned to him that I use a car cover but he thought that the cover would draw more attention to his car and increase the risk of vandalism. No one ever hurt his last car (an 88 XJS I think) that he parked on the street so he's hoping for the same with this one.
