XK8 Electronics/Transmission Control (archive)

I have an 1997 XK8 which has recently developed a problem with its electronics. 3x I have had the warning lights go off on the dashboard for the stability control as well as for the transmission failure warning. So far, the dealer ahs been unable to fix this iossue. First, the transmission control module was replaced. After the third time the problem occurred, the dealer is now trying to replace a different control module. Unfortunately, my car has been in the shop for 3 weeks now and they still don't know when they will have the part (apparently it is on back order from the OEM in Europe). Has anyone else had problems similar to this? I welcome any and all responses on this topic.
