As for the price, to to www.kbb.com... look up the retail value for:

1998 XK8 Convertible w/83k miles in "excellent" condition (the car is truly in excellent condition). I have all options except 18" rims and CD Player.

Although you may want to low ball me, the car is in pristine condition and comes with the balance (2yr/20mos/34000miles left) of a bumper-to-bumper, all-inclusive warranty. This covers everything from wires leading to the taillights to the hydraulic canisters for the top.

You would be basically buying a perfect car with a great warranty for a fraction of the cost of a new car.
