XKR Silverstone ......Need Advise (archive)

I have an XKR Conv. on order for March delivery. However, I now have an opportunity to purchase at list price the Silverstone model. Only 250 will be sent to the U.S. It lists for almost $12k additional. Does anyone have an opinion on resale value vs. standard XKR. Performance is about the same with better braking and possibly better handling with the larger tires. Any comments???
