I know I can really feel the weight of my XK8 coupe compared to the M roadster I used to own. I'm not complaining--the solid feel is great. But, I would like to help out the engine/acceleration by lightening the car a little. Surely I can't be the only one here interested in a CF hood/bonnet and trunk/boot lid.

I know some of the people that read this are interested in performance modifications. Shaving weight is as much a performance modification as doing anything that adds horsepower.
