I have 14,000 miles on my XKR now. I have to say that I do like the car. Although, at 8,000 miles the motor developed a ticking sound. I brought the car into service, they discribed the sound as a knocking sound coming from the lower part of the motor. Well, needless to say, they replaced the motor. I still wonder if the new motor will develop the same knock..so far no. Anyway, I was wondering if any of you purchased a rear wind deflector. I am considering one and looking for vendors. Any help would be appreciated.

I purchsed the rear wind deflector. It mounts to the side panels behind the seat. It locks in place, they supply you with 2 sets of keys. There is a horizontal deflector, keeps the wind from coming from the back seat opening, also a vertical deflector that folds down, this keeps the wind from entering directly behind the front seats. Seams to work well, I get a small amount of wind in the front that is easily remmedied by rolling up the windows. Only wind at that point is the top of your head...and well, thats what hats are for. :-) Around $1,000 installed.
