Prepare for a fun ride. Where are you from, hopefully your not dealing with Hornburg Jaguar here in Santa Monica Ca. They basically Suck. They will only fix items if you refer to the fact that they received a service bulliten on the issue.
The seat rocking problem has a shim kit that may not be available in the west coast yet. Ive taken it in a few times and they started really recating other problems and it still rocks. dont let them "tighten anything" or fuck with it unless they have this shim kit. You will be sorry, unless you like a squeaky seat like granma's old rocking chair.
The Trunk latch is defective and you can request they replace it with a new kit. part number is listed on this site.
P.s. Tell them that you would like a list of all the parts that have been changed for the 2003 model, then tell them to change every last one.

Jaguar's taking me for a ride and Im about to begin a serious legal and letter writing campaign against this inferior car I purchased.
