Conversely, I bought my car from Hornburg, and have not had a single problem. Try visiting their Hollywood service location. Talk to Robert Ammer, or anyone, really...They have been nothing but helpful. The Hollywood dealership even arranged for my first X-Type to be bought back by Jaguar NA. I bought the first one in S.M. and took delivery of the second in Hollywood. I liked the dealership in Hollywood much better. It was a nicer environment, and closer to my house too...I went to SM for a test drive, and bought it that day, so it was kinda an impulse buy...

Good point, I leased my car from Hornburg Jaguar in Santa Monica California. Hornburg owns 3 dealers that surround my area, so I'd have to drive pretty far away to use another dealer.
My salesman advised me that Jaguar doesnt like customers to buy cars from dealers not in their area. Now that I look back, I think he was full of S*#!.
Hornburg Jaguar sucks. Their Service Center sucks to.
Rojer Pittman sold me the car, however he is no longer with the Dealership.
