If you're going to complain about the dealer please give us their name along with the service managers name.
Similar situation happened to me Derek, although a smaller gash than yours. It pissed me off because not only was their a gash in the rim, but the entire finish has small bumps on it, like it was sitting under a tree or it was very dirty and the grime stuck to the paint.
I picked it up at night, so I didnt really notice until the next day.
I ended up taking it to a detailer and had it waxed, which made it perfect.
Face it, all car dealers are the same. You are a Unit and they move Units. That's it.
My salesman even told me that they give jags as loaners, which is total b.s. Next time I'll get that in writing on the lease.
