Im really starting to get tired of my X-Type's problems.
The part they ordered about 2 months ago still isnt in and the car has been in service all week now. They bent a part on the suspension called the Trailer Arm and they think it may be causing the hi-pitched squeak I mentioned. That part will take minimum 3 weeks to order (realistically 2-3 months).
Then the service dude tells me that its going to cost about $ 1,240.00 to replace. I told them that they are the only ones who have ever worked on it, and his response was that they dont bend things here. and it didnt bend by itself.

This jag dealer is turning into a real joke. half of my problems are ones they created when trying to repair something else.
Im not sure at this point who to approach.

On the good side, im driving a Mercury Sable, and have to say of all the loaner cars theyve given me: 10 total, its the best after the BMW 330i. Smooth handling, ok power and comfortable. silky slides around corners like a cop car.
