Things vary depending on which side of the pond you are ! I had the dealer upgrade the standard speakers (yes pure crap) to the Alpine speakers in the premiumum package (just the speakers). I priced doing it elsewhere and the dealer was exactly the same price. Took 1 1/2 hours to do at the dealer.

I should also mention that the work was carried out my (reasonably) local in-car entertainment installers, not by Jaguar dealership. Jaguar did not want to know about doing anything about these speakers, its obviously another retro-fit anomoly that we keep coming across! In any event, it would have cost twice the price if they had carried out the work!
