Actually this noise is coming from the driver side front wheel and it doesnt happen when the brakes are applied, but at some points is a consistant squeal at low speeds. It is aggravated by slight turns of the wheel or when making a left turn. I can even create a simple tune by making slight turns of the wheel quickly.
