The noise won't be hard to find. It's a known problem and Jag has posted an e-mail to all dealers about it. It is a brake pad rubbing on the rotor when turning. The simple fix is to bevel the leading edge of the pad so that it doesn't dig into the rotor and then putting some antisieze compound on the caliper bracket.
Does anyone have a high pitched squeal like noise when they are turning the wheels at low speeds. Kind of sounds like my old 72 chevy when I was running low on power steering fluid, but a much higher pitched noise. it doesnt seem to be a consistant noise either, so its going to be hard for the dealer to find the problem.
Id like to get this fixed on my next visit. If anyone has info, would appreciate.
