I'm having the same noise from the rear passenger side. The car is scheduled to go into the dealer on Monday. I'll mention checking the shock. Also my Nav screen does not respond to touch commands four times in the last few weeks. It only resets after the car has been off overnight. Frustrating b/c naturally it will not act up at the dealership.

I would be curious to know what the noise your talking about it as Im having a similar problem. Mine comes from behind the back seat on the passenger side and it sounds like a metal vibration. like a plucking sound.

to the other guy who is thinking of waiting for the 2003, I would suggest you wait as they should have ironed out several problems. If I had to do it again, I would have waited.
