check fightingchance.com and they will sell you an info package that includes the up to date invoice. The ones online are outdated and never include any of the incentive, holdback or other info.

Sounds like they (dealership) are still messing with you.

From the level of service that I have experience, this is unaceptable and uncommon for a Jag dealer. THey can only mess with you if you let them.

Have you taken delivery of the car? If so, does you paperwork have the correct interior or the wrong one. If you have taken delivery and you signed of on the paperwork with the wrong color on it, you will have an uphill fight.

You are lucky that you live in So Cal where there are something like 25 dealers in a reasonable radius. Call then all. One of them might have the color/combo you are looking for.

I'll suggest again calling Tom at South Coast Jag. His price should be great and he will track down your car for you. If there is one on a lot somewhere in 300 miles, he can grab it. (Well, most dealers will do this -- I have actually seen exchanges get trucked across the country, but you will have to expect to pay for that.) Let Tom know that I (Quartz 2.5 Sport X1) or any of the other people on the board that mentioned his name, sent you his way.

Either way I hope you get your situation worked out. I'm a little miffed at the way your dealer seems to be treating you.

I got in touch with someone at the Jaguar Customer Service. A very wonderful person told me that Sand should have been the only choice. I'm going to Tom. I've recently spoken to him. He is going to try to track down the car I want. Thanks again.
