Some have reported that the dealer replaced the seat rails (and/or some other seat components) and that solved the problem.

I had my rails replaced. Problem wasn't solved.

I mitigated the rocking by moving the rear portion of the seat to the lowest position.

It took me a little while to first find the position I best liked the seat in. After I found it, I noticed the rocking had stopped. Moved the seat and it came back. As Jon indicated, it is the lowest position.

Not a solution, but it is a work-around until a solution is found.
