I got a great deal (at the time) and have received great treatment from South Coast Jaguar in San Juan Capistrano. Talk to the internet salesman there, "Tom McNirney", and I think you'll be happy.

I went this route and Tom seemed to be the most "straight-shooting" salesman I have dealt with. He didn't play any games and was was up-front. (And had the best price out there! I'm not sure exactly which car you were looking at, but a guess indicates that you can probably get a better price from Tom than your current P.I.T.A. dealer.)

I did all the dealing over the phone, and just took the train to SJC (dealership is a few blocks (cheap in a cab) from the station), walked in, signed the paperwork, and drove back home.

No nonsense. No bullsh*it. A pleasure to deal with.
