As for a K&N that fits, I have not researched enough, but there are other OEMs out there requiring a bit of research... AND I AM BIZZZZY...

Luc

Are you aware of any aftermarket filters? LAst I heard, K&N did not have anything available yet, and it didn't match up to any K&N currently made. If you've found something, let us all know.

As for affecting the warrenty, I would not say with 100% certainty, but I would think that you would not have a problem so long as it meets or exceeds manufacturer's specifications, and I would doubt that you would void the warrenty even if it didn't.

WHat about the tornado? Anybody have any experience or opinion about that add on?

Sorry for not RTFM, but I have a quick question;

Would adding an after market air filter to my manual 5 spd 2002 2.5L X-Type affect the warranty?

Also, for those who may know, would the HP/mileage benefit be worth the cost ~$70?

I am under the assumption that it would add 5-10 HP...

Thanks!
