They feel the need to put other automobiles down to justify their purchase of what is supposed to be “The ultimate driving machine.” Seems to me if they were so enamored with their automobiles they would concentrate more on them and less on someone else’s. I traded my 530 for the X-Type by the way. I took a lot of grief from those on the BMW forum for that. Ultimately it is whatever makes you happy as an individual. Even if it’s a Yugo.
