As Tom mentioned, confine the Armor-All to the dash top and known synthetic areas. If you're not sure if it's leather or not, be safe and use a good quality cleaner and conditioner on all. It won't hurt the synth coverings.

You might want to try Rejuvenator Oil (See http://www.jagweb.com/references.html).
