I'm swapping my 3 Series for an X Type. The 3 is a great car but I've had 3 now so it's time for a change.

When I told my folks that I'm getting a Jag the brand recognition and appreciation from them was much stronger than the BMW. This may change if the X-Type reduces the brand's luxury appeal but I'm not expecting that to happen soon.

I can't wait for my car to arrive. I've ordered all of the options so it's a factory build car.
