The good and the bad: Brought in the X (again) to the dealer: a/c is definitely broken...but it will take 2 weeks to get the parts in. Actually, last car I had was an Acura, and I never had any problems at all, so broken parts, engine dying etc. is all new to me since I entered the Jaguar family. (sigh)
