Engineering and manufacturing seem to be doing a fine job with the X-Type. The problem seems to be with CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
Please figure out a way to communicate with those blokes that they will be costing Jaguar LOTS of lost sales if they don't begin responding more responsibly to their customer's concerns.
They need to take these niggling complaints more seriously.
Tell them to stop their "ENRON" denials of problems or they will find themselves abandoned. (And that would be sad, considering how nice the new Jags are)
I realize that you probably don't have any contact with those wankers but maybe you can get the message delivered.
