Lexus IS300: really looked forward to the release of this car. very disappointed in the interior. the exterior looks like a honda civic. No manual transmission first year.

Volvo S60 T5: Don't like the interior (very boring, uninviting). Great acceleration, but not so great handling. Biggest downside, boston coach uses s80's. This looks exactly like one unless you closely inspect. It's kinda like driving a town car. you look like a car service. also no navigation system

SAAB 9-3 Viggen: I still love this car. Slightly uncomfortable driving position, torque steer, no navigation system, poor (6 speaker) stereo options. Finally, being replaced shortly.

SAAB 9-5 Aero: Same as the 9-3 except the driving position is much better, and it isn't being replaced. Downside -- to big.

MB C32: I was tempted. Really tempted. 18K above X (for the one I wanted), and no manual transmission.

X was best overall choice, though can't wait to trade in for X-Type R when my lease expires.
