I went to Palm Beach Motor cars in Florida. They switched it out for me (they took good care of me in general!). They didn't charge me anything to switch it out (I think they took the CD player from another car). I did go to another dealer who said that it couldn't be done. So it looks you have to convince the dealer that it can be done.
