Each Car make has Motorola program specific items into the phones. I can access caller ID of incoming calls on my dash display on my BMW, MB and Jaguar can be dialed through the radio...Lexus is voice comand...etc....Unless you have two Jags, MB's, or Bimmers....you need a phone for each car. Automatics aren't bad, but it is nice to have hands free when driving a stick.

Can anyone who has the Motorola Timeport Phone let us know the Motorola model number. I priced the phone at my dealer and they wanted $995.00 for the phone and spare battery. Bell Mobility sells the CDMA Timeport for $369.00 with a $100 mail in rebate. I don't think the leaper is worht $600 ! The rest of the kit is resonable. Anyone in Canada have this option installed ?
MAny thanks
