Dealer Financing v. Bank Financing for X-Series (archive)

Today, I was offered (by the dealership) the 3.0 at $430 a month for 36 months - $2500 down.

My personal bank approved me for a 44K loan at 6.75

Which is the better deal, if I intend to purchase in the end? Need help!!!
