That really makes me upset. I don't know who to believe or trust anymore...

Well, keep in mind my dealer had never heard of it and I insisted they contact regional. I got the impression that it took many phone calls for them to find a resolution (and doubt they wouldn't have persued it so far if I hadn't insisted it *was* possible). So it is not general knowledge and easy to think it isn't available.

As the word gets out, more dealers will have the info...
