Thanks for your continuing updates as to the ongoing changes and new models. Sadly Jaguar needs to be much more organized and forthcoming concering existing problems on their current customers' cars before they ever hope to have repeat buyers. Potential customers who monitor this forum will have a major problem trusting that Jaguar has remedied these bugs in the newly produced cars when so many existing owners have had components replaced multiple times without success, or have their service departments deny a problem exists on their car. The X-Type has the potential to be a great car. It's time for Jaguar to give it the opportunity to become that and respond to these common problems with permanent fixes.

Remember it is a new car and problems will be ironed out, your faith will be rewarded in your future purchases when you will find real changes. New estate looks fantastic no pictures for you yet, will be on sale early 2003..
