Check Ash's post (Tot Doc). That was one of the problems he addressed when he brought his car in for service. I believe he said new software was installed and that his battery had been disconnected because his radio stations and clock were no longer set.

Anyone have a problem with their sunroof switch? Today the roof would not open by pressing the open side of the switch, but would open by pressing the tiltup/close side of the switch. Also global close would not close the roof.
