I've had my x-type since Oct. with 3,000 miles. Yesterday was 70+ degrees in NJ (rare for March) and so I had the sun roof and windows wide open. Unfortunatey, the front passenger window would not close with either driver or passenger side switch. I called the dealer (Saturday afternoon) and service was closed. I was feeling a bit panicky as it was due to rain. My salesman suggested using the key to lock the door and to keep it turned to the right which both locks the doors and closes all open windows. (I wasn't aware of this option.) Thankfully it worked. Anyone else encourter a "stuck" window?
