Does anyone know when this ends? Does this mean that you can get the 3.00 for invoice price, due to $2,100 back to the dealer?

Metallic Paint

I am showing MSRP around 42k and invoice at around 38k. What would be a good price? Anyone do a internet purchase in CA and have any luck? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Love this board!
