I like, you took a chance with a first year car. A lot of people are using there warrenty(a lot). When our warrenty runs out and there are still problems, will we still be so happy?

Dear Joe,
I have a question for you.
Looking at and discussing with Jaguar owner of old models they were always saying that there were several well known bugs in the old Jaguars which were not so reliable and also the assistance from Jaguar was not always good.
Nevertheless the value of that cars (definitively more expensive than the X-type) was still high after several years and the brand is still considered one of the best.
My impression from the X-Type is that the bugs are not so relevant as with older models and the assistance is improving.
This should improve the situation!!!!

What do you think?

Thanks

Riccardo
