There have been several posts about the speedometers reading faster than you are actually going. I'n sure there is an argument somewhere in there about your speedometer not being accurate and you thought you were going the speed limit.

What are the chances that I'll get a break if I fight it in court? Should I attempt to use the "when was the last time he calibrated his radar" trick? Do you think the judge would be sympathetic even though I'm driving a Jag?... Unless he/she is driving one, hmmmm........
