Yes, that's the exact same thing they told me: "just mail it here". They've had mine since 1/11/02. Since you can get a straight story about who "qualifies", its hard to know what to complain about when you call. I've heard several different stories: you need a special certificate, you don't need it, you need it to be signed by the dealer, you don't need it signed, only 3000 people from the website got the offer, the offer is open to everyone, they will call in 48 hours, they never call, just mail it in, etc, etc.

Thanks for the number RMF. For what it's worth, I called the Jag number and they said it takes 6-8 weeks to get your card. And you don't really need the "form". According to Carla, all you need to send them is your sales contract with the dealers signature, but you had to have it postmarked by Jan. 31.
